Shimla - trip for peace

Hey peaple this is regarding my latest trip to Shimla, too much travel this year...

View from cable car

Day 1

Board the bus around 9:30 in the night from Kashmiri Gate and reached Shimla at morning 5. The bus was quite good, it is government transport, well organised and clean also they stop for dinner at a decent place.

For Shimla you can get buses from 6 in the evening till 11 in the night from Kashmiri Gate itself. Also the place is well connected with major cities through road, rail and airways.

Day 2

The cab drivers were charging a lot so we took local bus from Shimla ISBT to our hotel . it was a great journey as in morning the view was amicable.

As our room check in time was little late, till then we grabbed breakfast at Hotel. Did early check in and took a nap. Around 10 we freshen up and went outside to take a tour of Mall Road.

In Shimla , Mall Road is very long and famous, the weather was moderate so we took a round of mall road and reached Cliff. Cliff or ridge is highest point at Mall Road, there is horse riding, Church, Garden, food joint, viewpoints.

Church

One of the happening places, then we went little up words to take a ride in cable car . It was great experience and at top there was Hanuman temple .

After all this we were very tired and went to cafe for some snacks . On way back to hotel, did some shopping .

At Hotel we had some drinks and dinner and had a good night sleep.

Day 3

View from Ridge

The weather was also so good, it was raining since morning but I got sick.

Cafe Wake & Bake
Pita bread & falafel

As I was not feeling well, I stayed up late in hotel and then went again to Mall Road to try some cafes. Cafe wake bake must try.

Gandhiji Statue
Wax museum

Also visited the wax museum, which is new in Shimla.

This trip for me was a break from my routine life and boring schedule also I have visited Shimla a lot since my childhood so was not so much interested in exploring. Rather was interested in SLEEP. EAT. REPEAT.

Same day we boarded to the bus at 8:30, Saw beautiful sunset while leaving shimla. Reached delhi at 5:00am.

Sunset

The people who are planning to visit Shimla they can go up to Kufri, Chahel and even in shimla there are many good places like Advance studies , Honeymoon point etc. These can be visited in a day.

This trip costed us each around 7000-8000 bucks. Which includes bus fair, 3 star hotel stay & food.

Suggestion & reviews are always welcome.. 😊

Adulting (Web Series)

Yeah its something new, its about the new web series I saw on Dice Media - Aduldting

Adulting has a unique concept of 2 roomies - Nikhat & Ray, living in mumbai and there daily routine, how they become from strangers to sisters from different mother. The girls are commenly name as PipaBella.

This series is about when they live independently for the first time at 20 years of age. Here Nikhat is more sophisticated and Ray is more like cool girl.

Character trait of both the girls are diffrent from each other, but both stand out in there role so perfectly, I am not a professional reviewer but the backgroud of the series is too lavish. They are living in mumbai with normal jobs and that too able to hire a big apartment with all fancy stuff.

On contrary the theme and episodes are relatable, as I have been living alone since 3 years. I can match a lot of things these girls face. Though Dice media has completed the series in just 5 episode. I will look forward to see the second season. The actors in whole series are also taken care of quite a impressive way. The traits of character suits almost every actor.

There are also special appearance of some marvelous actor too.

Not only this, Filter copy has also launched a brand PipaBella, this site consist of the stuff the girls use and wear 😍. Just ordered a bracelet, will share the review on Instagram once it arrives.

The episodes are -

Mumbai - Mah dream city..

Hey!!
Hope you all are liking my blog , so on demand for travel post, I am here with my new experience..

Mumbai, this word was my fantacy since my childhood, as a delhite I always wanted to visit bombay. But my destiny have different plans for me, everytime i planned of going there something occured.

But the day was not that far to meet my fantacy , the day came so sudden that i just went for 2 days and that too for work.

Best time to visit mumbai is starting of spring in August starting.

Without further due lets start the journey...

Day 1

I went Mumbai from Indore so took a train from Indore in night and reached at Central Mumbai Railway Station. Mumbai is well connected place, for trains you can book it 1 month prior and flights are there from every city even international too.

Day 2

As my hotel was near by,  I took morning walk till there, and check in & rest for 2 hrs. As my work was near juhu beach so booked a ola share cab. In mumbai its best to go by ola or uber as they are cheaper than local autos. The cab ride was quite cool as i am loving the place and vorli sealing was worth watching. And with believe that I am really in Mumbai i reached my destination.

End up my work in 2-3 hours. Now Mumbai was all to explore, so took a auto and went to Iskon Temple. It was beautiful temple and a peaceful environment.
Then straight went to juhu and enjoyed the beach 🏖 and had the famous pav bhaji. I don't eat spicy food, so instructed the stall keeper to add no spices, hence to my shock the pav bhaji was tasty and not at all spicy. After enjoying juhu, my next stop was linking road market, did a lot of shopping, if u are going to any market in Mumbai, bargaining skills are must.
Took a meal from MC Donalds near by and to my surprise it starts raining.

Mumbai rains are not to be trust best is to escape but It was me (big fan of srk) . So went to MANNAT, the peaple who are unaware, mannat is home name of Shah Rukh khan.
It was raining so heavily that there was no one , I had a quick conversation with the guard and got to know, srk is not in town. The mannat is too beautiful and huge its all secured by guards, view from there was also so amazing .

After that, was too tired and booked ola as there were no autos around. After 3 cancellations, ola came and i went straight to my hotel. Traffic in evening time is hard to get rid of in Mumbai.

At hotel I fresh n up, open a beer bottle and had good night sleep.

Day 3

I had evening train, so decided tour more. It was rainy day again.

Check out from hotel , left my luggage at reception & booked ola. Went to Gateway of India. It is pretty to be a monument and the sea near it was so beautiful.

Board in same cab & went to colaba market, this is best market of Mumbai, you will get almost everything from pin to shoes. The quality of material is also good. So again shop a lot. Take a cab to fashion street from there. Fashion street is again a cloth market but not that good, you will find poor quality cloths and that too after searching a lot.

I really wanted to go Haji Ali Dargah but due to rain, it got closed. Hence, back to hotel, had lunch, picked luggage & there i leave mumbai till my next visit.

Draw back of travelling alone is you have less of pictures and more of selfies...

Share with care..

Hey everyone, how are you all?

Its been a long time this time, this post is about the person you share everything and anything with. In everyone's life there is a person with whom you can share any sort of thing. The things can be related to friends, family, boyfriend, girlfriend  career or may be just a movie review.

There are many people in your life and these person knows about you in different ways, some might know your hobbies or your nature or may be how you handle situations, but there is always person or two who knows everything and the journey keep on growing. This person is your best friend or your mom or your lover.
The most important person in your list, without worrying anything you just pour out everything to this person.

When he/she is angry you cool them down only by telling your new adventure. He/she understands you so well that they just start listening interestingly. Losing him/her is so difficult, next to impossible.

This person is rare to find. Keep him/her with care. Once you loose them then you will realize.

Call them here and tell your feelings 😊

Stay healthy, stay tuned

Love is next level of friendship..

Little too filmy, But I believe in 'Pyaar Dosti Hai'.. And why not if a person is not your friend, How can he/she love you.

For loving trust, care and understanding is needed, all three will come gradually with time. For time being you have to be friends and then if the person understands you , you can trust them, then bravo you can take a step towards being in love.

Its not always important that every lover is a good friend though every friend will be a good lover, because the person knows you so well that, he/she can predict your reaction, mood, and handle you with care. 😊. Not only handling, but a good friend will always suggest you the best option from the lot as he/she is been with you.

For starting you should always give time to the bonding which is been created among you and your partner & then decide to be lovers or not. This is very precious time of life, if you are sure then only say yes. Don't ever say yes for the sake of trend or marriage.

I will suggest everyone who are in love to test your love by being friends with your lover for sometime and explore how much your lover know you. For this you can play some games or go out on each other fav places or may be sit back at home talking about each other childhood stories for more suggestions you can comment below.

As per my personal experience lover is just too bossy sometimes and want to control everything & not to share, however friend cum lover is always comfortable in sharing and making situation in control together.
Sometimes it's hard to find these kinda person, but its absolutely alright, destiny will make you meet your lucky one soon.

Are you all liking my writing? Comment below 😊

Till next stay tuned...

Changes in colors of love..

A major question which has no answer but a feeling. The feeling of owning soul of someone in your heart, being true that person, waiting to see a smile all day long , beauty of nurturing every moment, want to live each moment together. And a lot of these feeling differ from one other but the experience is same.

I am not sure but now a days this love is gone. The more of comprising and understanding has overtaken love. Today I see 7th standard kids saying we are in love. Now boyfriend & girlfriend is trend. Its like power of attorny. I don't understand why love is mistaken with infatuation.
Infatuation is when we are attracted to someone or his/her specific quality.

I will ask my reader, am I the only one who feel this way?

If not then the teen generation will never be able to experience the essence of true love. The change should come from here, lets all guide our siblings and friends that what is love.
Let me share some glances of my true love, waiting hours for calls, texting all day long,  sending love letters, always smiling and blushing, rethinking about the memories spend together, imagining your lover is always wid you, do those things what your lover like, being yourself, oh my god!! All this is so pretty to remember.

Earlier love was enough to connect two people not there physical presence. Now the relationship starts on bed. Today's era is like too forward that they don't want a spend single minute on themselves, just work is essential. And also the consciousness is taking new heights in youth.

I will suggest you all that first understand then trust and be yourself & then start your relationship 😊

Just wanted to express my feelings..

Rishikesh - White water rafting

Rishikesh a city in Dehradun district. Located in the foothills of the Himalayas in northern India, it is known as the 'Yoga Capital of the World'.

It has been a great journey to visit Rishikesh. It was my first rafting experience. I had hell lot of fun although it was just a 2 day trip. The experience is for lifetime.
Without further wait let me start with the trip guide.

Delhi to Rishikesh, its just 7-8 hours. There are AC buses and NON AC buses from ISBT Kashmeri gate in every hour and one can go by road trip too. The road through out the journey are good.

Day 1

I started my journey around 8 in the morning, and get into AC bus at 10:00. To pass my time I carried a novel with me. The bus journey was not that great as it was summer time and my bus stuck into traffic, & novel help me to ignore the background.

After around 120km, bus stop for refreshments and lunch at
Fortune Grand - This place is a multi-restaurant property. List of Restaurants ;-
Sagar Ratna, Ben’s Burger, Flavours, Baskin Robins, Tea Cafe, Paan & Cigarette Shop.

Here I had dosa and coke.
There are many other option on highway NH-58 are Namastey midway, Cheetal grand, Bikanerwala, Pizza hut, Jain shikaji and many more.
Journey begins after a short meal. From there till haridwar I had a good sleep. Haridwar, A peaceful beauty, Hills all around & greenery. The more we go up  more weather becomes good. I enjoyed the scenery a lot. With a smile we reach rishikesh at 4 in evening.
The clouds were all around there and the bus stop was not that crowded. I went up rishikesh for just rafting and wanted to return back. Straight I went to my rafting agent but the Ganges have different plan for me. That day due to weather conditions rafting was stopped early. Now i had to wait for next day. I hurried up and took a room at near by hotel. I just love hotel rooms 😍.

After a long journey I was tired so quickly fresh n up, went to lakshman jhulla and ganga river side at 6:00 in evening. Saw the setting sun from river side is like dream come true. Came back to hotel at around 8:00 , ate dinner with some drinks & saw it was raining outside. What a fun night it was. Such a mesmerising view from my balcony. All rains and some drinks. After an hour I slept .

Day 2

I woke up at 10 in the morning. Fresh n up myself take a quick shower and went straight to my agent, rafting was yet to start at 11. So I quickly grabbed my breakfast and went ahead for rafting , agents take you to around 16 km down from Rishikesh to Shivpuri with other tourists, from where rafting would start. They take you by their own car and with all the equipment needed and obviously the guide.

So we reached there till 11:30 and walk till sea level. Then our rafts were alloted and guide's too. Guide's are quite cool, they tell us what to do & how to do. One raft consists of maximum 8 memers. For other information regardind the policy of rafting here is the link

Rishikesh Rafting

The experience of rafting was awesome. Its like you are controlling your life, the view was dream. Water all around with hills and brezze of nature. There were also some high rapids, where the fun doubles up as you feel like you will not survive and volia!! You are out of it. One must try rafting at rishikesh. The water of Ganga is also too clean n pure. Even they let you jump in still water. They also take a hault of 10 minutes for cliff jumping. The cliff jumping is all together a different level of adventure,In that you jump from hight of above 20 feets into water. I tried it for the first time and trust me its worth for experience.

While all this, I talk to the guide a lot (due to my talkative nature) , about rafting, rishikesh, his life & sort of things. This was also a different experience where u know about an unknown person and make him part of your book of life. Adding new characters in book is always fun.

The rafting duration is around 3 hours 30 minutes. In rishikesh there are long rafting also for around 5-6 hours. I was short of time so opt for the smallest one.

After rafting I went straight to bus stand at around 4 in evening and the bus was all full. So was waiting for next bus to arrive, But luck was with me that day, An old couple was going to delhi by cab and they were finding someone to dutch with them, somehow I bumped into them and I got a relaxing travel in AC car at affordable price till Delhi. In between I had my lunch with uncle and aunty at Namastey Midway. And the beautiful couple also become a part of my book. 😍😊

I reached delhi by 11:30 at night.

This trip costed me around ₹5000 - ₹6000.

Few important points to remember - :

  • The bus drivers are very punctual about the timing, they only set a timer of 30 minutes at restaurant so be quick.
  • Stay only in just dial reviewed hotels as they are trustworthy.
  • Don't carry anything expensive or lot of cash when going for rafting. Mobile & some cash is enough.
  • If you have time do visit yoga center.
  • Don't hide health conditions with guide.
  • If traveling solo carry a small knife and some red chilli powder (you never know the situation) .

Stay tuned & explore the world
congrats to the winners of giveaway ☺️🤗
